What you'll be doing

As a Senior Product Manager at Satispay, you'll take ownership of one of our core product domains — payments, credit, investing, cards, or merchant solutions — and turn it into a simple, engaging experience for millions of users. The exact domain will be shaped around your background and our current priorities, but the day-to-day looks like this:

• Roadmap ownership — Own the roadmap for your product area end to end, from opportunity sizing to shipped feature, backed by data and user research.

• Complexity, made simple — Navigate the regulatory and technical complexity that comes with building financial products, while keeping the experience radically simple for the end user.

• Compliance collaboration — Work closely with compliance, legal, and risk teams given the regulated nature of financial products.

• User research — Talk to users constantly (interviews, usability tests, support tickets) and turn what you hear into concrete product decisions.

• Execution & iteration — Define specs and work day-to-day with design and engineering to ship, then iterate based on what the numbers tell you.

• KPI management — Track and own your core KPIs (activation, adoption, volumes/revenue) and report on them without spin.

Who we're looking for

This role needs someone data-driven and user-centric, who thrives on turning complex financial products into simple, engaging consumer experiences — and who's excited to bring that mindset to one of Europe's fastest-growing fintechs.

• Experience — At least 5+ years of experience in a Product Manager role, ideally within fintech, paytech, or another consumer-facing scale-up, with exposure to regulated products (payments, lending, investing, insurance) or genuine technical/operational complexity.

• Fintech / paytech mindset — You bring a proven track record of building and scaling consumer or B2B financial products, paired with a genuine, contagious passion for the world of finance and payments.

• Data-driven mindset — You build hypotheses, validate them, and rely on analytics to lead the way.

• User-centric focus — You prioritize direct user feedback and research over unverified assumptions.

• Cross-functional collaboration — You thrive working alongside designers and engineers every day, staying involved far beyond just handing over specifications.

Salary: €68,000 - €87,000 gross per annum

This range is set using objective, gender-neutral criteria for the role's core requirements. However, we do not believe in putting a ceiling on talent. The final compensation package is tailored according to your unique experience and expertise.
